This program applies to buildings constructed prior to May 1, 1975. If you have a gravity service sewer from your basement to the city’s sewer and have experienced a backup of water in your basement through a floor drain or other fixtures as a result of capacity issues in the city sewer main, this Overhead Sewer Program may be able to help protect your residence from damage.
