Pirates Cove Oyster Bar has been there since 2005, formally known as Sheilas's Ollie Oyster Bar. Pirates Cove Oyster Bar is the only raw bar in Pasco county that you can get to by land and sea. Our oysters come out of the shallow oyster paradise on the Florida panhandle, the Apalachicola Bay. These oysters are sweet and juicy and are said to be the oyster that made the original Rockefeller oysters. Our raw bar has some great things to offer!
