President / CEO / Operating Manager / Cook: Dawn Copenhaver Cooking and baking is a great passion of mine, but seeing people enjoy what I have prepared is what really gives me joy and contentment. I have had the opportunity to share my culinary passions through bakery goods, specialty meals for special events and holidays for the past 30 years. It has been my honor and pleasure to cook for the members, athletes, families and friends of the Triathlon Club of San Diego for the past five years at the Club's events each month. It is from volunteering and cooking for the club triathlon's that T-3 Cafe and Catering was inspired and created. Now I get the privilege to serve more new friends. It will be my joy to provide safe, healthy and delicious cuisine to everyone that comes to T-3 Café.
