Dr. Alvarez served his internship at Grady Memorial Hospital and at Southwestern Community Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his anesthesia and pain management residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Alvarez was one of the founding fathers of Resolute Pain Solutions in 1997. He brings his expertise and advanced skill set to the group.
