Leah Finch, MSPAS, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant whose special interests include the treatment of acne, eczema, surgical dermatology and skin cancer detection. Leah completed her undergraduate degree in health science with a minor in biology from Sacred Heart University. After participating in a medical mission trip to Haiti in 2014, her drive to provide compassionate care was solidified. Leah went on to graduate from the university of Saint Joseph Physician Assistant program. While at USJ, she was a member of the Student Academy for Physician Assistants Advocacy and Policy Committee where she worked to create awareness and spark conversation around social determinants of health.

Michael S. Thibault, MHS, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant and a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants as well as the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Michael received his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Trinity College in Hartford followed by completing his Masters of Health Science from Quinnipiac University Physician Assistant Program.
