Harlee Ann Fried, DO was in private practice for many years in primary care medicine in New Windsor, NY, Milford, PA, and Dutchess County, NY. She also staffed Urgent Care centers in Dutchess County, NY. She is a board certified in Family Physician and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, The American Academy of Family Practitioners, and the NY State Osteopathic Medical Association.

Taylor received her both Bachelor of Science in Biology from Marywood University as well as her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Taylor completed two full years of PA school which consisted of both didactic and clinical education, consisting of ten, five-week rotations. She completed a rotation in plastic surgery during her clinical year, in which she was immersed in surgical, cosmetic, and medical dermatology.

In 2011, she graduated from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences with a certification in Physician Assistant Studies. She has spent years training under a board-certified allergist and immunologist and has been a practicing allergy provider since 2018.

Carrie St. Amand, PA-C Carrie is a certified physician assistant at Schweiger Dermatology Group. She earned her bachelor's degree as well as Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Springfield College in Springfield, Mass. She previously held positions in general surgery, ENT, emergency medicine and urgent care. Carrie is skilled in diagnosing and treating various skin diseases and skin cancer. Special interests include facial chemical peels, laser hair removal, injectable fillers and Botox. She is a member of the American Academy of Physicians Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physicians Assistants.

Rachel Feist, FNP-BC is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology at Schweiger Dermatology Group. She practices in Port Jervis and Middletown, New York. Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at The University of Pittsburgh before pursuing her career in healthcare. She then went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University and finally her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner studies from Dominican University of New York. Rachel is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
