I am a registered Dietitian providing individual, group, and family nutrition counseling to achieve a healthy and balanced relationship with food. Counseling utilizes an empathetic, intuitive eating and a non-dieting approach to achieve long term behavioral change. My goal for all my clients is to have a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Many nutrition plans leave you feeling deprived and more food crazed - my goal is for you to make peace with food (this includes riding food of any guilt or shame) and feel more in control of your eating. My experience at Project Bliss, Nutrition Paradox and my own private practice has provided me with extensive experience working with clients struggling with a variety of weight and eating issues. I have specific experience with anorexia, bulimia, and over eating/binge eating.
