Having personally dealt with breathing, sleep, speech, and feeding issues, Dr. Spencer understands the frustration of addressing underlying causes and is committed to helping others on their journey. The name "MARVEL" was chosen to reflect the practice’s commitment to excellence, ensuring that every patient receives the highest level of care.

Rommel coaches high visibility celebrities, TV news anchors, judges, attorneys and more ... to enhance their speaking skills. She was an Assistant Professor with tenure at Southern Methodist University for many years prior to developing her private practice at Medical City Dallas with her colleague, Dr. Wayne R. Kirkham, who specializes in disorders of the voice and serves many celebrities like Mick Jagger, Sting, Stevie Nicks and more. Carol also provides individual analyses of your speech personality.
