I am a trauma nurse and therapist with years of lived experiences, years of academic work, and specialized training in empirically researched therapeutic models. Some of my favorites are Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as integrating other models when appropriate to fit individual needs.
