I really appreciated how this article broke down desirability testing—it’s something that often gets overlooked when we focus too hard on usability or functionality. I recently tried incorporating a few of the methods mentioned here, like asking users to describe a product using emotion-based keywords, and the responses were surprisingly insightful. It reminded me that how people feel about a design is just as important as whether they can use it. Definitely helped me rethink a few product decisions.
