I help adults recover from childhood trauma and experience healthier, more fulfilling lives. This is a deeper, more intensive intervention than talk-therapy and although it is short-term, the benefits will continue to unfold long after you phase out of services. Some of the positive outcomes include reduced anxiety/depression, mood stabilization, sleep improvement, better focus/concentration, curbed addictions, weight loss, career changes/advancements, more effective parenting, improved marriages/relationships, increased motivation and productivity and more! In person services are provided in Lake Stevens, WA. Clients do travel from Skagit and King counties, Eastern WA, Tri-Cities and neighboring states. Virtual sessions also available.
