We offer consistent classes at consistent times, excluding holidays & special events, so you can make it a habit. We use knowledge and wisdom gained through over 10 years of experience and training. All mindfulness guides are certified through Yoga Alliance and selected based on our core principles of who we are: Honest, Healthy, Humble, Intelligently-Intuitive
