The center provides education and support services for those trying to conceive naturally and through ART, childbirth classes, birth doula services, postpartum preparation classes, IBCLC lactation consultation and pump rental, counseling, wellness workshops, holistic nutrition consultation, massage and yoga (fertility, prenatal, postnatal, parent/tot, kids), new moms groups and support groups.

Our signature barre or bar workout, "the body barre", is designed to transform your entire body in our high energy group fitness setting. Our dance inspired barre workouts combine fat burning interval training, muscle carving strength training, and isometric holds that exhaust your muscles, followed by stretching, resulting in a long, lean, sculpted physique. The use of a traditional ballet barre challenges your muscles and mind in ways no other exercise tool can! Hydrate IV Bar Highlands Ranch promotes wellness from within by delivering high-quality products & services in a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. We have all types of IV therapy, b12 shots, and other injection options and NAD+ IV therapy, to aid in immunity, athletic performance, beauty, and general health and wellness. All services are administered by experienced, professional, and friendly registered nurses who are overseen by a Medical Director.
