We founded Reflections Therapy Group in response to our own personal and professional experiences with therapy during the COVID-19 global pandemic. There is a great need for therapy tailored to each person, and not the needs of the organization. This led to the foundation of our private practice and hopefully what led us to being in your lives today. Our therapy services provide a simple, easy to use, and accessible platform to clients across Washington state. Combined, Reflections has over ten years of experience in the therapy field; we have both worked in multiple settings, including schools, outpatient mental health clinics, telehealth (online) services, and doing crisis work. Reflections focuses on client care, ease of access and individualized therapy based on your needs. Because we are a small team, we do everything ourselves; there will never be a task passed on to someone else. We are excited to serve you, and look forward to joining you on this therapeutic journey.

I have over 10 years experience helping clients who have past histories of abuse, neglect, losses, and traumatic experiences. I use EMDR, CBT, Rogerian and Control Mastery Theory. I am preferred for most private insurances and can bill any.
