Our main purpose is to help fulfill the goal of increased affordable housing for households whose income is 80% or less of Area Median Income through construction, rehabilitation, and rental/rental assistance as well as provide housing support to increase self-help skills for program participants. A typical client or family is a low-to-moderate income household who may have experienced homelessness, is disabled, or have a co-occurring issue that impacts housing stability. Additionally, "RIC" partners with other organizations to increase the capacity of the non-profit community to provide housing and services to low income individuals and families, those with special needs, the elderly, and the homeless.
