History North Carolina Center for Affordable Housing, Inc. (NCCAH), a 501c(3) nonprofit corporation, was founded in 2003 on the principal that human beings should live in affordable homes and in any community with dignity. We believe decent, clean, affordable and safe housing should be a human right. With that end in sight, NCCAH plans to meet the needs of affordable housing in North Carolina. NCCAH is overseen by a Board of Directors with diverse backgrounds and experience in real estate, property management and business management. They are all passionate about housing and the environment. North Carolina Center for Affordable Housing, Inc. Mission is to implement solutions that will offer affordable housing to the elderly, handicapped and low to moderate low income households.
