About Our Troop Troop 4031 is open to Christian Homeschool families and may include Christian University Model Schools. To be considered a homeschool student, at least 50% of his education must be conducted at home. The Scout must fit the above criteria at the time of admission into the Troop. Our Mission The mission of Troop 4031 is, via the Scouting program, To train and equip our young men to be capable Christian leaders.
