Multi-cultural Performing Arts Consulting (MPAC) was established to provide the Hampton Roads community with access to non-traditional arts instruction and performances. By incorporating the study of World music and dance the community is encouraged to gain a greater respect of the diverse cultural backgrounds represented in our region. Our mission is to strengthen the community by providing cultural arts opportunities that promote diversity, personal growth and professional development to youth and young adults throughout Hampton Roads.
