We engage in the comprehensive revitalization of low and moderate income communities through business development, affordable housing, employment development training, cultural enhancement, social/human services, and to raise the responsiveness of public/private institutions through the following activities: 1. Research and information. 2. Economic empowerment projects. 3. Small business development and the creation/development of new jobs. 4. Porvide access to capital through community partnerships. 5. Building local leadership and community ownership. OHCEDC is a tax-exempt teaching organization designed to comprehensively address economic opportunities, sustainable community development and community-based partnerships.
