Tsujita NJ Artisan Noodles is a Japanese restaurant in Fort Lee serving up the best ramen noodles! New Jersey! Our newest location, Tsujita NJ Artisan Noodles, is now open in Fort Lee! We are proud to present customers with an authentic Japanese taste. The Tsujita restaurant company houses 4 different styles of ramen at our various locations. Tsujita NJ Artisan Noodle features our original tsukemen recipe that started it all. The broth is simmered for 15 hours daily to create the richness and umami that people have been enjoying for the last 17 years! We are excited to serve the New Jersey community and share our unique Ramen flavors.
