The Chef John Folse Culinary Institute is dedicated to the preservation and advancement of the rich culinary heritage of Louisiana.
The faculty and staff of the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute know how to get things done and understand that they are here to serve students. CJFCI now has a student enrollment of 300 and, on average, graduates 33 students per year. However, recent enrollments will dramatically affect the future number of graduates.
