Going to this school prepared me so well for the industry. They teach you everything from the front of the house to the back of the house. It's great if you want to be a top chef and/or own your own restaurant.

All of the chefs here are very open about their past and make sure to inform you of all of the experience that they have. This is really reassuring because you know that they truly understand what it takes to be a chef and that they are passionate about what they do

My granddaughter has had a great experience at Chef John Folse Culinary Institute. She is in their honor society program. I couldn't be more proud of her accomplishments. I am glad that she found Chef John Folse to help her follow her dreams.
