Christ the King is a new Anglican church that desires to see Evangelical, Charismatic, and Liturgical influences come together. As a part of the Diocese of Churches for the Sake of Others (C4SO), we are a community rooted in five core values: Kingdom, Spirit, Formation, Mission, and Sacrament. Christ the King was started by a group of friends who felt the Holy Spirit calling them to gather and build a church shaped by Scripture, empowered by the Spirit, and rooted in ancient practices. As we continue on this journey, we invite you to be part of what God is doing in Winston-Salem this spring. We envision a community where people of all ages can find a church to call home—a family shaped by the way of Jesus. Holy Cross is a part of the Anglican Church on the Westside of Colorado Springs. We gather every Sunday to celebrate the Resurrection with a service called Holy Communion and a shared meal with the whole congregation. We participate in this conversation by means of an ancient liturgy, which has its roots in the earliest worship of the Church and in the Holy Scriptures. In fact, most of what we pray, sing, and say is straight out of the Bible, and the rest of it is inspired by God’s Word. The liturgy culminates in the contemplation and enjoyment of God through the sacrament of Holy Communion, also called the Eucharist and the Lord’s Supper. After our communion with God, we have time of fellowship with one another over a meal provided by the church and it’s members. We also gather throughout the week for prayer, fellowship, study, and service to our neighbors.

We offer Eucharist each Sunday at 8 & 10:30 a.m., with childcare available. During the school year, we have both Sunday School and Adult Education between Sunday services. Wednesday mornings at 10:30 a.m. we have a Morning/Healing Prayer service. Monday evening is Adult Bible Study at 6:30 p.m. During the school year, we also have monthly potlucks and game nights!
