Our geriatric care managers, professional case managers, guardians, assistant care managers and administrative staff work in partnership with the treatment team and family to identify and develop a plan of care. We provide firm and supportive interventions in support of drug and alcohol recovery. We provide support and monitor through the recovery process and transition.
