We're Pulse Dance Fitness Studio, and we are the premier dance fitness center for adults in West Des Moines, IA, since 2023. We offer cardio dance classes, barre classes, sculpt classes, HIIT classes, and dance workshops. We carry fitness apparel as well as your favorite workout gear. We welcome all levels of dancers and non-dancers of West Des Moines and surrounding areas into our dual studio spaces to offer a premier experience in dance fitness. With our high-energy classes and supportive culture of community members, we're here to help you build confidence, get fit, and have fun doing it! Pulse Dance Fitness Studio’s lobby doors open 30 minutes prior to class start and remain open for 30 minutes after class ends. Make sure to check the class schedule for hours. Please note that if no team member is present at the front desk while class is underway, the lobby doors will be locked for the duration of the class for security purposes. We kindly ask that students wait to enter the individual studios until 10 minutes before the start of class. This is to allow time for the previous class to pack up, for our team to be able to clean the room and equipment, and for your instructor to get the music and space set up for your class.
