Dr. Elizabeth D. Seiter earned her B.S. in 1983 from Loyola University in New Orleans, her M.S. in Medical Genetics in 1985 from the University of Alabama-Birmingham, and her M.D. in 1989. She performed her medical residency in Pediatrics through the Children's Hospital of Alabama at UAB. Following her residency, she entered into a private pediatric practice in her hometown of Baton Rouge. In 1996 her pediatric group merged with The Baton Rouge Clinic. Dr. Elizabeth Seiter is currently licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana and has held licensure in the state of Alabama. She is board-certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. Among her many professional organizations and boards was her service as the first female Chief of Staff of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, past service as Chief of Pediatrics of Woman's Hospital, and service as a member of both the Medical Executive Committee and Board of Our Lady of the Lake.

Dr. Catherine C. Katzenmeyer is a native of Houma, Louisiana. She received her M.D. from the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport and then moved to Galveston, Texas to complete her residency in Pediatrics at the University of Texas Medical Branch. She is board-certified in Pediatric Medicine through the American Board of Pediatrics. After two years with Pediatric Associates in Texas City, Texas, Dr. Katzenmeyer and her husband, Otolaryngologist Dr. Kevin Katzenmeyer, returned to their native Louisiana in the fall of 2002.

Dr. Vick was born and raised in Baton Rouge. After graduating from Belaire High School, she earned her Bachelor's degree from LSU, where she served as president of her college during her senior year. She then went on to receive her M.D. from LSU Medical School in Shreveport. After deciding on a career in pediatrics, Dr. Vick completed her residency at the Medical College of Georgia, where she was asked to stay on as Chief Resident and Faculty member. Some of her notable career accomplishments include serving as Woman's Hospital's Chief of Pediatrics from 2000-2002 and being asked by Governor Bobby Jindal to serve on the state's Child Death Review Panel. Dr. Dawn R. Vick incorporates her passion for fitness and nutrition into the daily care of her patients, regularly discussing the importance of a healthy lifestyle in preventing obesity and other diseases related to being overweight and inactive.

Dr. Mallory Hitt Allen was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She obtained her BS from Vanderbilt University, her MS in Pharmacology from Tulane University, and her MD from LSU Shreveport. Her next step in her medical education took her to Virginia to complete her residency in Pediatrics at Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2018, where she served as Chief Resident for one year. Dr. Allen is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Allen spent the last year practicing medicine in Norfolk, Virginia. She joined The Baton Rouge Clinic's Pediatric Department in 2019 and is currently accepting new patients. Dr. Allen is married with a son and a daughter and enjoys running, cooking, and reading in her spare time.
