I began my personal trainer education in 2018 and earned my certification in November of 2018. Since then, I have seen clients part time. In 2020, I began yoga teacher training and expect to finish in Spring 2021. During 2020, I completed the Expert Course with the Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences.
