While my entire adult life has been filled with health and wellness, the deep journey began after a head injury in 2012. One day while fetching a burger on my lunchbreak, I veered off the road and collided with a telephone pole. While the car was totaled, I was incredibly lucky. I survived with only a head injury, memory loss, a bruised lung, and some minor scrapes and bruises. The following years turned into a journey I never could have predicted. When motivation, accountability, and mindset are coupled with properly set goals and a plan of action, the tomorrow of your dreams are within reach. I began my personal trainer education in 2018 and earned my certification in November of 2018. Since then, I have seen clients part time. In 2020, I began yoga teacher training and expect to finish in Spring 2021. During 2020, I completed the Expert Course with the Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences.
