I offer online fitness consulting across the United States and Yoga teaching in and around the Chattanooga, TN Area. While my entire adult life has been filled with health and wellness, the deep journey began after a head injury in 2012. One day while fetching a burger on my lunchbreak, I veered off the road and collided with a telephone pole. While the car was totaled, I was incredibly lucky. I survived with only a head injury, memory loss, a bruised lung, and some minor scrapes and bruises. The following years turned into a journey I never could have predicted. When motivation, accountability, and mindset are coupled with properly set goals and a plan of action, the tomorrow of your dreams are within reach. I began my personal trainer education in 2018 and earned my certification in November of 2018. Since then, I have seen clients part time. In 2020, I began yoga teacher training and expect to finish in Spring 2021. During 2020, I completed the Expert Course with the Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences.
