Our Mission Statement: Apolitical and nonsectarian endeavors to enhance the well-being of the underserved people in Africa through Human Development, Health, Medical Care, Emergency Response, Youth & Elderly, Education, Nutrition, Food Security, Clean Water, Safe Sanitation, Housing, Economic Empowerment, Environmental issues and monitoring, Humanitarian and Social service projects implemented in partnership with our in-country sister Foundations, and other organizations, which together work to improve the quality of life of the African people, especially the most vulnerable, by making use of their potential and strengthening their communities.

At Acworth Outpatient Detox, we’re committed to providing you with exceptional care in a compassionate atmosphere. We employ highly trained medical and mental health professionals to effectively treat our clients who are suffering from drug and alcohol addiction. Opiates, benzodiazapines like Xanax, stimulants such as cocaine and Adderall, alcohol and other drugs can cause uncomfortable and sometimes dangerous withdrawal symptoms that we are able to alleviate and manage in an outpatient setting. We are believers in least restrictive care and advocate that people suffering from addiction should be treated in settings that support their recovery and personal growth.

Magdalene Human Service Initiative is a non-profit humanitarian service organization dedicated to providing human services and financial or material support for the most vulnerable and marginalized individuals and communities worldwide. Our name and purpose were inspired by the biblical story of Mary Magdalene. Her story reminds us that we must directly serve and support the most vulnerable and marginalized among us without prejudice. Although our organization is partly inspired by a belief in God and religious teachings, we are a non-religious and non-proselytizing organization. We are also strictly non-political. We serve and support all those who need our help without regard to creed or religion.
