The Black Rock Pilates STudio offers group classes (equipment and mat), Private Sessions, & TRX plus Core (a Pilates and TRX class). There are 22 Group classes available per week. Duest Sessions and Private Session are by appointment, The Studio always offers discounts to newcomers.
