Jenn and Dennis Marshall founded CrossFit Garden City in 2010 with the vision of building a healthy, happy, strong community through fitness. Since then, they have been fortunate to share their passion for health and fitness with so many incredible people, help change so many lives and make countless friends along the way. Between the two of them, they have over 40 years of experience coaching people of all ages (from 4 to 80+ years of age), abilities (novice to professional athletes), goals (weight loss, performance, body composition, etc.), and backgrounds (you name it, we’ve seen it!).
