Joram S. Altman, Architect (JSAA) is a small practice located in both San Francisco and Sebastopol, California. The firm specializes in residential and commercial projects including master planning, new construction, remodeling, and additions. The firm's philosophy is to create long-lasting buildings that meet the needs of clients, fit well in the environment, and are energy-efficient, cost-effective, and practical to build. Joram Altman started the practice in 1984, while he was working full time at Esherick Homsey Dodge and Davis (EHDD). He began as a staff architect in 1974 and advanced to Principal in 1990.
