Personal Training Specialists has been providing in home personal training since 1998. We offer one on one and small group exercise training in your home, work place & school. Our personal trainers bring all the necessary fitness equipment to each exercise session, or we will work with any existing fitness equipment our clients have. Our pesonal trainers design individual exercise programs to meet the needs of every client. Our personal trainers either hold a degree in Sports Sciences or are nationally certified, carry liability insurance and hold CPR certifications. We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their fitness goals. Our goal is to make everyone healthy. You will find our trainers to be extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional.
