Temple Training's mission is to increase awareness with the community of Loudoun County about the responsibility each of us has to train our temples and our need to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit. Temple Training inspires others to make and achieve health and fitness goals. Everyone has an obligation to God and to him/herself to take care of his or her temple. Fitness is not a job; it is a way of life.
