Aside from learning some of the most effective, street-proven self-defense techniques available today from the Gracie Jiu-jitsu and Shorin-Ken Karatedo, our students are also trained to develop the mind, body, and spirit for children (ages 5 & up), women & men.
No previous martial arts experience is not required for our safe, family-friendly, ego-less and fun learning environment.
