This business created by two friends, Neil Alpahando and Brooke Haas, with the vision of establishing a healthy local fitness community. Both partners have been in the fitness industry a combined 30+ years. They see how the crossfit community encourages a healthy, family oriented, fitness lifestyle. CrossFit Dominus starts all new members with extensive, personalized fundamentals course, educating on the proper form and technique. For more advanced members CrossFit Dominus offers a RX+ program. CrossFit Dominus facility is 6000 square foot box, which uses top of the line ROGUE competition equipment.
