With over 30 years of knowledge and experience in Fitness I am ready to help you with your personal fitness goals. If you have health issues or limitations a program can be designed for you. If you travel or at work I have a fitness dvd for you to take along. An hour of aerobics and weight training so you can workout at home or on the road! Personal training sessions are a great way to get started if you have been out of the gym for a while. Also, if you are rehabing from an accident or surgery or other health issues we can work together to het you back in to great shape! You can workout at my facility or I can come to you!
