At Pause Yoga we want to encourage you to take a break from your daily life, to step off your busy path and take a moment for yourself. We are relaxed, casual, unassuming and non-judgmental. Our teachers are interested in teaching people, not poses. We offer yoga for all ages and all levels. You will find Gentle, Senior, Hatha, Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Kids yoga. At Pause Yoga you will learn to breathe deeply, to exhale fully, and find comfort in building strength while finding the relaxation that your body truly needs.

Boot camp classes consist of interval workouts that combine cardiovascular training, resistance training, and body weight exercises in a fun and supportive small group environment. Regardless of your fitness level, emphasis is placed on exercising safely, having fun, and improving your overall fitness. Workouts are tailored to challenge you at your individual fitness level. Your instructor will provide exercise modifications as needed and tons of positive encouragement. No drill sergeant, no yelling!
