At Pause Yoga we want to encourage you to take a break from your daily life, to step off your busy path and take a moment for yourself. We are relaxed, casual, unassuming and non-judgmental. Our teachers are interested in teaching people, not poses. We offer yoga for all ages and all levels. You will find Gentle, Senior, Hatha, Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Kids yoga.
