Jazzy's Cajun and Caribbean Kitchen began over 35 years ago in a residential kitchen in the Parish of Cayenne French Guiana in South America. My Creole grandmother Gladys knew her way around the kitchen and she literally forced me to come into the kitchen, learn each and every aspect of spices and cooking and cook at the young age of 6.
