Dr. Stephanie R. Frederic graduated from Tulane University in 1998 and earned her M.D. from the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 2002. It was there that she also completed her residency in Dermatology in 2006. She joined the Baton Rouge Clinic family of physicians that same year. Dr. Stephanie R. Frederic is board certified in Dermatology and holds a license to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana. She is a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Contact Dermatitis Society. Additionally, she is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. In her career, she has served on the Marketing Committee and Clinical Advisory Committee for The Baton Rouge Clinic. In her practice, Dr. Frederic specializes in both clinical and surgical Dermatology, as well as cosmetic Dermatology. She sees both adult and pediatric Dermatology patients.

Dr. Joshua M. Pitre earned his Bachelor's Degree from LSU in 2011. He earned his Medical Degree from LSU Health and Science Center in Shreveport. Dr. Pitre completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at the LSU Health and Science Center in Baton Rouge in 2017, and completed his Residency in Dermatology at the LSU Health and Science Center in New Orleans in 2020, where he served as Chief Resident in 2019. Dr. Pitre joined Atlas Dermatology, where he practiced for two years before joining The Baton Rouge Clinic in March, 2022. He is licensed to practice medicine in the State of Louisiana and is board certified in Dermatology. Dr. Pitre is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is a member of the American Contact Dermatitis Society, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Medical Society, the Louisiana State Medical Society, and the American Medical Association. He also works as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at LSU.

Dr. Lauren K. Petit, a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, earned her Bachelor's Degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2015 and her Medical Degree from LSU Health and Science Center in 2019. Dr. Petit completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Brookwood Baptist Health in 2020 and her residency in Dermatology at the LSU Health and Science Center in 2023, where she served as Chief Resident from 2022 - 2023. She joined The Baton Rouge Clinic's Dermatology Department in the Fall of 2023. Dr. Petit is board-certified in Dermatology and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana. She has a special clinical interest in surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Petit is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. When not at the office, Dr. Petit enjoys cooking, exercising, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Dr. Rosemary Prejean, a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana, earned her Bachelor's Degree from McNeese State University in 2017 and her Medical Degree from Louisiana State University Health and Science Center in Shreveport in 2021. Dr. Prejean completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge in 2022 and her residency in Dermatology at the LSU Health and Science Center in New Orleans in 2025. She joined The Baton Rouge Clinic's Dermatology Department in the Summer of 2025. Dr. Prejean is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana. She has a special clinical interest in complex medical dermatology and procedural dermatology, including skin cancer excision. Additionally, Dr. Prejean is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Women's Dermatologic Society, the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society, the American Medical Association, and the Louisiana Dermatology Society.

Dermatologist Dr. Jeffrey E. Frederic is a graduate of Tulane University in 1998, earning his M.D. from the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 2002. He performed his residency in Dermatology through LSU Health Sciences Center-New Orleans, completing his program in 2006 at which time he joined The Baton Rouge Clinic. Dr. Jan B. Wampold graduated with her Bachelor's Degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 1979, she completed her Medical Degree from the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1984. Dr. Wampold performed her Internal Medicine residency at Emory University in Atlanta from 1984 - 1987, and then performed her residency in Dermatology through LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, completing the program in 1991. Dr. Wampold joined The Baton Rouge Clinic's Dermatology Department in the Summer of 1991. Licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana, Dr. Jan B. Wampold is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Dermatology. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She holds memberships in the East Baton Rouge Parish Medical Society, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Louisiana Dermatological Society, the American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Born and raised in Lafayette, Dr. Emily Richard received her Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University in 2008 and her Medical Degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. After completing medical school in 2012, Dr. Richard stayed in New Orleans to complete her residency in Dermatology at the LSU Health Science Center. Dr. Richard was in a private practice in Waynesboro, VA for 3 years before joining The Baton Rouge Clinic's Dermatology Department in July of 2019. She is a member of and Board Certified by the American Academy of Dermatology, and licensed in the states of Virginia and Louisiana. Dr. Richard is married with 2 children and she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, including hiking, swimming, playing baseball and tennis.

The rapidly advancing medical field of Dermatology is the specialty of Dr. Courtney M. Murphy. Joining The Baton Rouge Clinic in 2004, she brings extensive education and training to the service of her patients. Among her many areas of care, she performs cosmetic procedures in-office including Botox and fillers. Dr. Courtney M. Murphy performed her undergraduate studies and earned a B.A. through Rhodes College in 1996 and her M.D. through the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 2000. She graduated first in her medical school class, earning the highest academic rating possible. Her medical residency in Dermatology was performed at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, and her program was completed in 2004. Dr. Murphy holds a Fellowship with the American Academy of Dermatology and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She is board-certified in Dermatology and holds licensure in Louisiana.
