Spheeris Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates Studio, offering group Reformer classes, (up to 6 students/class) as well as private and semi-private lessons utilizing reformers, cadillac, wunda chair, ladder barrel, towers, FitBalls, small Pilates apparatus. All classes and privates by reservation only, Introductory private lesson required for new participants. Pre and post ReHab instruction, fitness evaluations available. Instructors are fully certified and experienced. We also offer private instruction on the GYROTONIC Pulley Tower, as well workshops in Qi Gong, and lecture demonstrations by qualified health and wellness practioners, and Physical Therapists. Bio Accoustic Sound Therapy, Reiki and Healing Touch energy medicine available. Personal Wellness coaching available.
