Lisa Cox is the force behind Ricky's Hope. Lisa has been a part of helping others for years. She has been in the customer service field since she was sixteen years old, and from this she understood the importance of giving people what they desired while also giving them a little of what they needed. Lisa herself, also had a bout with being homeless when she was younger, and because she was able to see the issues face to face it made her understand not only the issue itself but that there should be some resolution for people that wanted to have a different life.
