At the Capital District Martial Arts center we offer instruction in Traditional Martial Arts with a emphasis on developing students to the highest level possible. Group classes and Private instruction is available. Our Chief instructor has 25 years of training with some of the top instructors and has been teaching the martial arts for the last 15 years.
