Fitness is my life! I love what I do, and don't consider it a job at all. Exercise is the highlight of my day and I never consider it a pressure or something I must do. I love sports! And on my free time play competitive basketball, and paddleball with my friends, nothing beats being active outdoors! I ran 3 races this past spring in Central park, the biggest one was the mini 10K, and it was an amazing thrill and accomplishment. My goal is to run the half marathon in the near future.
When I'm not teaching at shape or taking one of their amazing classes, I jog the Coney island boardwalk which is a few minutes from my house, the 5 mile jog (on the boardwalk) has the most amazing views of the beaches, nothing relaxes you more than the smell of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing against the sand.
