Welcome to HOT PHIIT®, a dedicated HOT HIIT® studio in Greenwich, CT. We offer Hot HIIT, toning, and strength classes heated with FAR Infrared technology. Hot HIIT® is a beat-based training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning and cardio. Classes are taught in a room heated to approximately 98 degrees. All Hot HIIT® modalities burn fat and create long, lean mus­cles, with rapid results. HOT HIIT® strengthens your core, improves cir­cu­la­tion while increasing flex­i­bil­ity and neuromuscular control. Low impact modifications are given for each exercise and each class is taught with an emphasis on mindful movement. A consistent Hot HIIT® practice will strengthen both your body and mind.
