We offer quality, professional Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) & self defense instruction in a family-friendly environment. Because we believe that jiu-jitsu is for everyone, we strive ensure a safe training environment for all, regardless of age, gender, or physical limitations. All students receive direct instruction from Prof. Thiago Reinaldo, a 3rd degree Black Belt under Henrique Machado.
