Dr. Dickstein is a urologic oncologist who trained at the world-renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Dickstein focuses on all urologic cancers and specializes in open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries. His expertise includes the treatment of bladder cancer (non-invasive and locally advanced), kidney cancer (small or locally advanced tumors), and prostate cancer (including primary and salvage surgery for complex cases).

Dr. Geoffrey Sklar is the Chief Medical Officer for Chesapeake Urology and United Urology Group. Dr. Sklar is a Volunteer Associate Professor of Urology at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where he previously was Chief of Urology and Residency Director at the University of Maryland Medical Center.

Ally works closely with the physicians in Chesapeake Urology's Hanover office and Continence Center, seeing patients for a variety of female pelvic health conditions. She specializes in the evaluation, treatment, and follow-up of patients with continence issues, pelvic prolapse, pelvic pain, and related conditions. Ally is also available for telehealth appointments.

Glennda Smith, CRNP joins Chesapeake Urology as a highly accomplished nursing professional with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) specializing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care, earned with honors from St. Joseph's College of Maine in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Walden University in 2017, and an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Frederick Community College. With a strong background in both hospital and non-hospital nursing roles, Glennda's experience spans critical care, post-anesthesia care, PICC line insertions, and home infusion nursing. Her professional journey reflects a dedication to patient-centered care, continuous learning, and leadership.

Beatrice Muma is a board-certified nurse practitioner in Chesapeake Urology's Hanover office, working closely with the physicians to provide care for patients with ED, Peyronie's disease (providing Xiaflex injections), prostate cancer, urinary incontinence including overactive bladder, urethral strictures, and managing bladder cancer patients with illeal loop conduits. Beatrice is also involved in the virtual metabolic stone disease clinic, providing telehealth consultations and appointments for patients with a history of kidney stones. She also specializes in female urologic health conditions and is involved in clinical trials.

Bernadette has over 22 years of experience in Adult Urology as a Certified Nurse Practitioner. Before coming to Chesapeake Urology, she worked for over 17 years in Hagerstown MD with The Urological Center. Bernadette delivers the highest standard of care using advanced assessment skills and excellent judgment. Working with the Urologists, she provides diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Dr. Davalos has been a practicing urologist since 2005 and he treats all aspects of adult urology. His special interest is in kidney stone disease and he specializes in providing comprehensive surgical, medical and preventive care for kidney stones with the treatment goal of rendering patients 100% stone free.

Dr. Robertson is involved with the education of urology residents at Harbor Hospital Center and Baltimore Washington Medical Center. His special interests include urinary incontinence and pelvic reconstructive surgery, minimally invasive management of prostate enlargement, renal and prostate cryotherapy for cancer, and laparoscopic renal surgery. He serves as the Chief of Urology and President of the Medical Staff at Harbor Hospital Center and is also a member of the Board of Trustees, Harbor Hospital Center. In 2018, Dr. Robertson passed the Certified Primary Investigator exam for clinical research trials.
