Dr. Cleary sees adult men and women for general urologic conditions and focuses on urologic oncology, minimally invasive and robotic surgery, kidney tumors, hematuria, kidney stone disease, BPH, incontinence, low testosterone, overactive bladder, and erectile dysfunction. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Mount Saint Mary's University with a B.S. in Chemistry, he received his Doctor of Medicine degree, Cum Laude, from Jefferson Medical College where he was elected to the Hobart Amory Hare and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Societies. He was selected as a National Institutes of Health (NIH) summer research scholar while in medical school.

Wendy has been a Physician Assistant since 2001. She cares for patients at Franklin Square Hospital and works closely with the Franklin Square office team. She performs assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of patients in the hospital, ER, and office settings. Wendy also performs hospital consultations and assists with urologic surgery. Her care philosophy is to be a compassionate listener, to treat patients with respect, and to be a trusted healthcare team member with an emphasis on patient-centered care.

Dr. Shah specializes in the treatment of benign and malignant adult urology conditions with a focus on minimally invasive treatments for benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) including UroLift. He also focuses on kidney stones, vasectomy procedures, robotic surgery for prostate cancer, treatments for kidney cancer including laparoscopic surgery, and treatment of erectile dysfunction and male urinary incontinence.

Briana sees patients in Northwest Hospital and Kernan Hospital. Her areas of specialty include urolithiasis, urinary incontinence, and chronic UTIs. Briana performs assessments and consultations as well as treats patients in the hospital and emergency room at Franklin Square Hospital. Her care philosophy is "to care for every patient with the same diligent care and respect as I would for a friend or a family member. I am passionate about approaching patient care with a team-based approach."

Justin Dailey, FNP-C, graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. He then went on to receive his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Justin joins Chesapeake Urology with nine years of experience as a registered nurse working in the emergency department locally in Maryland, as well as several emergency departments along the east coast. He specialized in Urology for four of those years assisting in the operating room.

Dr. Manickam is fellowship-trained in voiding dysfunction and specializes in urinary incontinence and pelvic prolapse using minimally invasive techniques and technology. He also treats male and female patients with various urologic conditions ranging from kidney stone disease to enlarged prostate. He also performs the UroLift procedure for the treatment of BPH/enlarged prostate.

Dr. Uberoi specializes in minimally invasive urologic surgery with advanced training in robotic surgery. His interests include aspects of general urologic health including kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and erectile dysfunction. He focuses on the use of minimally invasive approaches to perform nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, cryosurgery, as well as robotic radical prostatectomy using the da Vinci Surgical System. He also performs the UroLift procedure for the treatment of BPH/enlarged prostate and was designated a UroLift Center of Excellence in 2019.

Kelly London, PA-C, MPAS joins Chesapeake Urology with a background in hospital medicine, surgical critical care, and multiple surgical subspecialties. Kelly performs consultation and assessments, seeing patients for the diagnosis and treatment of general urology conditions and prostate cancer at Chesapeake Urology's Bel Air and Franklin Square practices.
